* exceptions.cc (open_stackdumpfile): Correctly append .stackdump
suffix.
* nlsfuncs.cc (rebase_locale_buf): Reorder arguments. Accommodate
throughout. Add pointer to end of buffer and avoid changing pointers
not pointing into the buffer.
