* libgloss/arm/Makefile.in (LMS_SCRIPTS): New variable.
(LMS_INSTALL): Likewise.
(install): Depend on LMS_INSTALL.
(install-lms): New target.
* libgloss/arm/elf-cm3.lmd: New file.
* libgloss/arm/elf-lm3s10x.ld: Likewise.
