* gdb/testsuite/gdb.asm/m68k.inc (gdbasm_call): Use jsr.
* gdb/testsuite/gdb.base/fileio.c (stop): New. Call it everywhere
the debugger should stop.
* gdb/testsuite/gdb.base/charset.exp: Add breakpoint to stop
routine and adjust.
