Yes I did.  There are more on the MIDI board.

I replaced a couple of NE5532's with NE5532's also. :)

I replaced all of the audio-passing op-amps, except
in the chorus.

The 5532's I used are all branded ON Semiconductor.

I used the same parts in my recent "SMF-1" project.
