Summary
Cygnal programs need to know whether they are running on Cygnal or Cygwin
Description
This is a very useful feature. Some programs might want to provide a
different behavior in some situation, depending on whether they are
running in the stock Cygwin environment, or whether they are running on
the patched Cygnal DLL. The chosen approach is to modify the system
identification string in the uname system call.
