Summary
Remaining VT100 end-of-line cursor position problem.
Description
The cursor positioning logic in Cygwin's VT100 emulation doesn't
honor the hack introduced to fix Issue 4. When the Win32 cursor
is at the start of a line due to wraparound, and the eat_newline
flag is set to indicate that the virtual position is actually one
column beyond the end of the previous line, the cursor position
get and set routines are not aware of this, resulting in incorrect
cursor movements.
